Not Satisfied With Your Product?
We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days to be eligible for a return or replacement. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Order Number
To process your return or replacement request efficiently, please ensure you have your Order Number ready. This helps us locate your purchase quickly and resolve your issue without delay.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

A defective or wrong item was received, and

A replacement is not possible.
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Replacements / Exchanges
We offer free replacements for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, replacement requests may still be considered, but shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all replacements are subject to product availability.
